A seasoned HR professional who translates business objectives into creative HR initiatives. Over 12 years' experience spanning Talent Acquisition, Coaching & Mentoring, Compensation & Benefit across Aviation, HR Consulting, Pharmaceutical and Invitro diagnostics industries. Certified behavior consultant (DISC), SPHRI certified, with an MSc in Industrial & Labor Relations. Passionate about youth empowerment and children living with disability. Dedicated mother of 4 lovely daughters.

Deputy Chairman

A seasoned sales professional and entrepreneur in the construction and manufacturing industries with about two decades of experience. Talented in people management and business development; has successfully mentored younger ladies to self-actualization. Holds a Bachelor of Agriculture from University of Ilorin and MBA from University of Lagos, Nigeria. Enjoys exploring various culture, clothing designs, food and games. Happily married to Oluseyi Olaniyi.

BSc with honors in Accounting from Northeastern Illinois University, MBA from Caleb University, CPA from Illinois, ACA, and DipIFRS. Passionate about service to God and helping people. Married to Kehinde Osobu.

A seasoned Human Resource Professional with over a decade in HR Generalist roles across maritime, oil & gas, manufacturing, NGO, and currently heads People Operations in a B2B e-commerce. Degree from University of Port Harcourt and MSc from University of Bradford, UK. Passionate about helping the less privileged and needy.

Currently Head of Business Control and Risk Management at a leading maritime organisation in Nigeria. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) with over 10 years at Deloitte Nigeria's Risk Advisory unit. Experience in business risk assessment, process reviews, and internal control across financial services, telecommunications, and NGO/Donor organizations. Passionate about children and creating unforgettable impact. Married to Elizabeth.

Almost 2 decades experience in managing brands and businesses, building brands from scratch to market leadership across Nigeria, Ethiopia, Kenya, South Africa and more. Currently a Senior Director at a top global FMCG in Canada. Forbes Communication Council member (2022). BSc from Babcock University, MBA from OAU, MSc from University of Liverpool. Author of Smart Sindara, the adventure series. Passionate about children development and youth empowerment.

Over 12 years corporate experience in HR, Projects, and Facilities management across Oil and Gas, Health Care, and Fashion. SPHRI certified with an MBA from Lagos Business School and a degree in Medical Biochemistry. Driven by a deep passion for nurturing young and vulnerable individuals and guiding aspiring entrepreneurs. Devoted parent to three young children.

A finance professional with over 10 years of accounting and finance experience across multi-national companies. Currently Finance Manager of a Life Science company in Lagos.
