Thanks for visiting the Caring friends foundation page. We know you are a big supporter! Your presence here shows that already. There are other ways to support us.
- You are welcome to join our outreaches to homes, orphanages and hospitals.
- You are welcome to donate. We operate a very transparent financial system.
To reassure you:
We have the basic structures in place to run the foundation smoothly and ensure objectives are met. We will be able to reach out to impact more lives and ensure accountability.
1. We have completed our registration with CAC (corporate affairs commission)
2. Opened a Bank Account. Our account is managed by trusted board members. Feel free to check our board members profiles on this site.
3. It is also good to note that we have obtained the Special Control Unit against Money Laundering (SCUML) certificate from EFCC.

1. You agree that the objective of joining the group is to work together as a team to impact the lives of the mentally and physically challenged not excluding the needy, orphans and hospitalized. This will be achieved through donations, visits, and being a voice of advocacy for these ones._
2. You agree that this is a *voluntary group and admission is free.* We encourage you to be active in improving lives within the circle of your influence.
3. You agree that as a participant, you are *not* acting to represent any of the members of the Board of Trustees in any capacity.).
4. You understand that only members of the Board of Trustees reserve the right to *apply for grants using the name of the foundation.*
5. You understand that participants are *not allowed* to commit to donations on behalf of the foundation without notifying the Board members and obtaining their approval.
6. You agree that being a participant *does not* give you to any special benefits, donations or entitlements. We are primarily called to be of help to others.
7. You understand that donations made will be *accounted for by the Board of Trustees* and will be used in accordance with the group objectives.
8. You agree that donations made to Caring Friends Foundation *are done out of good will* without any encumbrance.
