- Idowu Olabintan: Chairman

Idowu Olabintan is a seasoned HR professional who translates business objectives into creative HR initiatives that improves performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement across all levels. A high-spirited influencer who thrives on fostering an environment in which people are respected and supported to bring their best selves to work. Working with cross functional and multi-cultural teams, Idowu possesses over 12 years’ experience spanning Talent Acquisition, Coaching & Mentoring, Compensation & Benefit, Organization starts-up, Workforce management in high growth operations, the Aviation, HR Consulting , Pharmaceutical and Invitro diagnostics industries.
Idowu is a certified behavior consultant (DISC) and an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. She possesses a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources International with HRCI. She has a background in Zoology and a Masters in industrial & Labor relations.
She is very passionate about youth empowerment and children living with disability.
She loves to Netflix and chill at her leisure time and is a dedicated mother of 4 lovely daughters.
2. Abisola Olaniyi.

Abisola Olaniyi is a seasoned sales professional and entrepreneur in the construction and manufacturing industries. Her experience span about two decades in the construction industry where an opportunity of a movement into a sales role was her turning point. She is talented in people management and business development; over the years she has successfully mentored younger ladies to self-actualization with the support of her husband.
Abisola holds a Bachelor of Agriculture from University of Ilorin and MBA from University of Lagos, Nigeria.
She enjoys exploring various culture, clothing designs, food and games. She is happily married to Oluseyi Olaniyi and they are blessed with children.
3. Temitope Osobu: Outgoing Chairman, Board member.

Temitope Osobu is a Finance Business Partner in a multinational company. She was the Finance and Accounting Manager in the same organization before she assumed her current role. She has close to twenty years of experience in cognate Finance and Accounting roles in diverse industries including an audit firm, a manufacturing company, shipping and logistics companies and currently a pharmaceutical company.
Temitope obtained a Bsc with honors in Acounting from Northeastern Illinois University, Chicago, in addition, she obtained an MBA from Caleb University, Lagos Nigeria. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Illinois, USA. She is also an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ACA). She has the ACCA diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (DipIFRS).
She is passionate about service to God and helping people. She enjoys travelling around the world. Temitope is married to Kehinde Osobu and they are blessed with children.

4. Victoria Olowonefa

Victoria Olowonefa is a seasoned Human Resource Professional with a rich background spanning over a decade in HR Generalist roles across diverse industries such as maritime, oil & gas, manufacturing, NGO, and currently heads the People Operations department in a B2B e-commerce. A results-oriented individual with a proven track record in fostering highly engaged teams by leveraging excellent communication and leadership skills. Her expertise lies in driving organizational change, fostering sustainable growth, and nurturing motivated employees.
Victoria holds a degree in Educational Foundation/ Economics from the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State and a MSc from University of Bradford, UK.
She has a passion for helping the less privileged and needy; which she has done personally and with close friends and family.

5. Profile- Olalekan Adekoya

Olalekan is currently the Head of Business Control and Risk Management at a leading maritime organisation in Nigeria. He develops and implements internal control strategies and policies and coordinates regular internal audit reviews. He is a certified internal auditor (CIA)
Prior to this role, he worked at the Risk Advisory unit of Deloitte Nigeria for over ten (10+) years. He has invaluable experience in business risk assessment and monitoring, process reviews, risk management, internal control reviews, design and implementation, business process reengineering on various client engagements. His experience cuts across several industries including financial services, telecommunications, and NGO/Donor organizations.
Beyond his work roles, Olalekan is passionate about children and joys in activities that brings about unforgettable impact in their lives. He is married to Elizabeth and they are blessed with children.
6. Profile- Tolulope Adedeji

Tolulope Adedeji has almost 2 decades experience in Managing Brands and businesses. She has
built brands from scratch to market leadership and has transformed brands from
challengers to established brands. Her work extends beyond borders, with work experience across Nigeria, Ethiopia, Kenya, South Africa and more. In her career, she has built over 15 brands across industries and currently leads in capacity as a Senior Director of a top global FMCG in Canada.
She holds a Bsc in Business Administration from Babcock University, an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University and MSC in International Management from the University of Liverpool, UK. Tolu was named a Forbes Communication council member in 2022 and marketing professional of the decade by Marketing Edge.
She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM) and recently completed Marketing in a digital economy program with Harvard Business school.
Tolu is passionate about children development, youth empowerment and Nigeria as a nation. She is also an author of Smart Sindara, the adventure series. Tolu loves to dance and actively mentors upcoming professionals with her Tolu Adedeji Mentoring community platform.
7. Titilayo Williams

She takes pride in operations management effectiveness and efficiency, always striving for the highest levels of performance.
Titilayo’s HR expertise spans various domains, from Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Management, Project Management to Employee relations and beyond. Over the past 8 years, she’s been dedicated to empowering professionals and boosting workforce productivity, particularly within the dynamic realms of Oil and Gas, Health Care, and
Fashion. Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRI) and with an MBA from the esteemed Lagos Business School, Titilayo brings a unique blend of theoretical understanding and practical application to her roles. Her journey began with a degree in Medical Biochemistry, a testament to her fascination with the potential of science and technology in shaping our future. 8. Stephen Omokhaye

Stephen is a finance professional with over 10 years of profound accounting and finance experience with different multi-national companies. He is currently the Finance Manager of a Life science company in Lagos. He has also served in different roles in industries like Marine, construction, Auditing, aviation and manufacturing.
Stephen holds a first degree in Accountancy and Finance from the Lagos State University of Science and Technology and a MBA of Business Administration from Caleb University. He is a member of the The Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
